RBLD Labs Membership Refund Policy

Because RBLD membership provides immediate access to digital training programs and educational materials, refunds are only available within 14 days of initial purchase and only if the member has not substantially used the service.

Once training materials, protocols, or member resources have been accessed, the service is considered delivered and the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Duplicate charges or technical billing errors will always be corrected.
