Digital Products & Memberships

All training programs, guides, downloads and member access are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing checkout, you agree that access begins immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Because access is granted instantly and content can be consumed immediately, purchases of digital products and memberships are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Subscription Billing

Memberships renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Accidental Purchases

If a duplicate purchase or clear billing error occurs, contact support within 48 hours and we will review and correct the charge where appropriate.

Physical Products (if offered)

Unused physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange replacement or refund.
